    Manager of Lawn & Snow

    Supervisor Responsibilities

    Responsible for managing a crew and possibly overseeing other crews (summer & winter) to ensure jobs are completed in a safe and professional manner.

    Positive attitude and ability to work and communicate with other team members.

    Safely operate equipment such as: commercial mowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, skid loader, truck with trailer, plow truck, etc.

    Electronically complete all work requests and communicate with dispatch.

    Qualifications and Experience

    2 years’ experience preferred in the commercial lawn, landscape maintenance and snow removal industry.

    In-depth knowledge of project management

    Good time management skills

    Ability to multi-task

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Critical thinker and problem solving

    Experience operating some or all equipment such as: skid loader, front end loader, farm tractor, mini excavator, commercial lawn mowers, chainsaw, hedge trimmers, etc... preferred.

    Experience communicating, managing/overseeing, and keeping track of 2 or more crews work schedule.

    Insurable Driver’s license.

    Ability to safely lift 50lbs repeatedly.

  • Property Manager

    Property Manager

    A Residential Property Manager is responsible for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties in their portfolio. This manager must embrace the concepts of Level 5 Leadership, Group Responsibility and Servant Leadership.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners' best interest in accordance with company policies & procedures.
    Provide back up to Assistant Managers when needed to maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
    Review all move-in and move-out paperwork to ensure policy compliance and that all applicable fees or specials are applied. Submit to accounting when complete.
    Knowledge and understanding of annual budgets and income.
    Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, vendor relations and certificates of insurance.
    Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to accounting for payment.
    Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
    Confirm that leasing staff techniques are effective in obtaining closing.

    Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input to software System accurately and on a timely basis once received from Leasing Agent. Then submit to Accounting.

    Consistently use successful techniques and company directives to train new personnel to ensure policy compliance and standards are met and ensure efficiency of staff through ongoing training, instruction, counselling and leadership.

    Provide support and assistance to staff to encourage team work and lead as an example in creating a harmonious environment. And provide support on each site when necessary.

    Ensure that all residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.

    Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
    Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

  • Leasing Agent

    Leasing Agent

    We are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented Leasing Agent to support and spearhead customer service, leasing and day-to-day operations at luxury apartments.

    Primary Job Duties:

    Schedule and run showings

    Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.

    Prepare and process all leases and related forms. Ensure that new resident(s) receive proper orientation

    Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs and provide assistance

    Ensure all maintenance requests are handled properly and that residents are informed when parts must be ordered to complete the work.

    Call in and submit all maintenance work orders and maintain the work order log. Closing leasing agent to submit log and work orders to maintenance every evening.

    Distribute and hand deliver lease renewals.

    Answer phones, check voicemail/email and provide stellar customer service

    Create, prepare, and ensure distribution of company or community-issued letters/notices; including lease violations, snow removal, emergency, general tenant notices such as reminders

    Assist with Tenant relationship management such as noise calls, etc.

    Follow up on leads daily

    Update charts including availability and white boards and office boards

    Communicate consistently with management

    Other duties as requested/assigned

    Compensation includes base salary and commission..

  • Seasonal Lawn & Snow Technician

    Seasonal Lawn & Snow Technician

    Primary Responsibilities:  

    Safely operate equipment such as: commercial mowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, skid loader, truck with trailer, plow truck, etc. 

    Mow lawns, apply fertilizer, maintain landscape design features, mulch 

    Trim overgrown bushes 

    Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance 

    Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants 

    Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, lows, snow blowers, skid loaders, vehicles with plow blades and other power and manually operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal 

    Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow 

    Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
