ILASH BEAUTY BAR
iLash Beauty Bar opened their first Forest Lake location in January 2018. Owner Jacqueline Loerzel leased the space in December 2017 with the help of our Commercial Brokerage team, and after just a two week transformation, they are open for business in the Town Square Building.
The iLash Beauty Bar is a peaceful and relaxing boutique, and Gaughan was grateful for the opportunity to remodel the new space. The two week construction timeline was tight for our team, but they worked to deliver the space on time. The transformation of the space was like night and day.
Jacqueline has been in the industry for 11 years and enjoys getting to know her clients and their families. She has even provided a dedicated area for children to play in while they wait. Jacqueline has many clients who drive up from the Twin Cities, so this location was a perfect option.
