Family Pathways

Family Pathways, the Minnesota-based nonprofit organization, chose Gaughan as the General Contractor for the construction of a new thrift store facility in North Branch, MN. The project consists of a new rock face block masonry building, and the space includes retail area, goods storage/receiving area, and an enclosed donation drop off area. Their former storefront was part of the North Branch Outlets.

In August 2016, Gaughan celebrated the ground breaking of the new facility with the management from Family Pathways, Midwest One Bank, and several North Branch city officials. They finished the project in under six months and were ready for a ribbon-cutting in early February 2017. This ground-up construction is just across the parking lot from the former store, so Family Pathways didn’t have to move far. The new storefront gives the organization better road access and visibility.
