Getting Social for the CAI Show
We all know that a solid social foundation is the cornerstone of any community association. So what better way to prove that than sponsoring the networking reception at the last trade show for the Community Association Institute?
The Gaughan Companies team was well represented at the latest CAI-Mn show on Feb. 20th at the St. Paul River Centre. Our team was on hand to bring Gaughan’s offerings to new vendors, management companies, and association board members alike. We’re always happy to take any opportunity to engage with our professional community and make the connections that have made us a preferred partner in the HOA industry.

Devotion on Display: Gaughan Companies Exhibits at the 2013 Rediscover: Catholic Celebration
On Saturday Oct. 12 we at Gaughan Companies had the privilege of attending the sold out 2013 Rediscover: Catholic Celebration. Rediscover is a great opportunity for community members and local businesses to come together and share experiences.

Gaughan Companies Offers Refreshed Space for a Revived Community
Not long ago, the historic All Saints Church in Northeast Minneapolis was on the verge of complete closure. But with the recent addition of two new priests from the Fraternity of St. Peter the congregation has more than tripled just as the church celebrates it’s 100th anniversary.
To help support this new growth and activity, Gaughan Companies is helping the community refurbish their former elementary school at 434 5th Street Northeast to make way for neighborhood events and programming. The building sits adjacent to the century old church and hasn’t seen use in many years.
Our Construction Services team has been on site renovating the dormant schoolhouse, repairing water damage, and preparing the building to accommodate a new wave of new usage.

The Gaughan Companies Team Approach: Unparalleled Synergy
Synergy is achieved when the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. A classic example of synergy is a symphony orchestra. A group of violinists can make Beethoven’s 9th sound pretty. So can a group of cellists or a group of clarinets. But when you put all of the instruments together, each playing a specific role in the overtones and undertones and harmony of the piece, the result is a version of Beethoven’s 9th that is mind-numbingly and breathtakingly beautiful.
