We work directly with and mediate between the Board Members, Owners, Developers, Contractors, Vendors, Attorneys, Accountants and City, County, State and federal Government Agencies.

 

Our Association Management Services include:

  • Professional Proactive Manager
  • Counsel and support the Board of Directors
  • Advise on matters in accordance with the Governing Documents
  • Strict adherence with MCIOA if applicable
  • Process and respond to correspondence and communications
  • Homeowner orientation and welcome packet
  • Address violations per Association’s rules and regulations
  • Coordination and administration of Annual meeting and packets
  • Attendance of accounting staff to oversee and audit the annual election
  • Annual insurance review and evaluation
  • Regular Board meeting preparation, attendance and follow up
  • Comprehensive management reports given at regular Board meetings
  • Review monthly financials to ensure operations within the annual budget
  • Review and approve Association invoices for accounts payable
  • Documentation and tracking of property maintenance
  • Contractor and Vendor contract review and oversight
  • Hire, train and supervise onsite staff if applicable
