About the Position

Great Caretakers help make our Apartment Communities a great place to live. The Caretaker position is a vital position in the overall operation of the community. The Caretaker acts under the direction of the Resident Manager and/or Property Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities will include the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, grounds and vacant apartments.

As with all of our positions, a Caretaker is also a Customer Service position. The ideal candidate must be able to address the concerns and maintenance needs of our Residents in a friendly and professional manner.
