Responsibilities
As the Construction Manager, Rick oversees all aspects of the construction process from its inception to the completed product, whether it is a tenant improvement, a capital improvement or a new construction project. Rick"s responsibilities include space planning, estimating, bid procurement, awarding contracts and managing the timeline and budget throughout the extent of the project. Working as the liaison between the client and the contractors, Rick relies on his vast experience and organizational skills to keep the project on task and within budget.
Strengths
Rick has a talent for solving multiple problems on multiple projects simultaneously. He is detail orientated and is steadfast in "doing the right thing" through the construction process. .
History of Success
Rick has been with The Gaughan Companies since 1998 with responsibilities including Maintenance Engineer, Preventative Maintenance Administrator and Construction Manager. Rick holds a degree from Century College in engineering and also attended Brown Institute majoring in electronic technology and audio engineering.
