Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Coordinator, Joey is responsible for directing and facilitating maintenance services. He negotiates, oversees and adjusts Vendor contracts as needed to preserve the economical balance of each asset. Joey has played a significant role in the development and management of the preventative maintenance program specifically designed to fulfill the needs of each individual asset, by conducting regular inspections to assess both short and long term expenditures and to ensure conformity with all state and local codes and manufactory warranties.

Joey's leadership, integrity and commitment are evident through customer satisfaction. By way of his focus and attention to details he is continually looking for ways to reduce operating costs yet maintain the safety and appearance of the properties.
History of Success
Prior to beginning his career with Gaughan Companies in 2006, Joey worked in the Parks and Recreation Maintenance Department at the city of White Bear for six years. Joey has held the honor of being a Motor Transport Platoon Sergeant in the Marine Corps.
