1969

Founded in 1969, Patrick J. Gaughan, President of the Gaughan Companies built a business on general contracting and development services.

1997

Patrick M. Gaughan, son of Patrick J. Gaughan, purchased the Gaughan Companies and is the sole shareholder and President. As President he has expanded his business services to include commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Fourteen years later Patrick M Gaughan keeps a hardworking, results-oriented and common sense approach to the business of commercial real estate sales and leasing.
