Responsibilities
As a Property Manager Christina oversees a varied portfolio of market rate and subsidized properties. She possesses an acute understanding of the challenges faced in providing quality service especially in times where resources are limited and there is an increased demand through more rigid compliance requirements.
Strengths
Working closely with fellow associates, Christina uses her vast knowledge and leadership skills to design and facilitate "hands on" monthly training for on-site personnel ensuring compliance of state and local laws including Tenant-Landlord and Fair Housing, company policies and procedures. She has been instrumental in developing operational policy and procedures manuals for on-site personnel. She conducts regular comparative market analysis to stay on top of market conditions and trends.
History of Success
Christina has worked with Gaughan Companies since 2001. Throughout her years in the industry she has gained a wide spectrum of knowledge and education. This experience has greatly strengthened her ability to efficiently work with clients, investors, on-site personnel, vendors, Federal, State and Local government agencies.
